The Like appears on your wall tab of your profile, and you can just go to your wall and click on the "Remove" button. I'm using a Like plugin where I can go to my wall & remove all the Like references there, but the Likes still appear beneath the blog posts that I've liked. I've Liked quite a lot of posts (of my own and other people's) since the new system came out a few days ago, and there's absolutely nothing in my FB groups list or fanpages (aka business pages) list as a result of the Likes.
