Making Plans

I have been trying to plan August. Between client visits, holiday, a visit to England to take my eldest to University and a whole heap of work things are starting to get a little complicated. The truth is that at times I actually have a problem planning a day or two ahead because of the nature of what I do. New shiny things come up every day that may need my attention and there are always loose ends to tie up on current projects.

The life of an estate agent, internet marketer, project developer, video producer (;-)) and father of three when those three are on summer holidays sometimes means that things get a bit hectic.

So today there is a question on here. What are the best planning tools that you use when you have a stack of work and responsibilities? I use Tungle for appointments although not as much as I should, and the rest of my hectic schedule stays in my head, and on some days doesn’t. I was so looking forward to having my iPhone and synching the calendar with my Mac but now Vodafone in its infinite wisdom has decided not to give me an iPhone yesterday like it promised and has suggested that it will be mid September before it gets here. So until then the confusion will reign.

Help me out with some decent life organisation tips that don’t eat up time setting them up.

Thanks
