The 30DC is dead. Ed Dale has killed it.
It helped me to start in internet marketing and real online business and now it is no more.
There is a new kid on the block, The Challenge.

Well I find this to be pretty distasteful. “at least I have my day job”. And what might that job be? That is sick. I love satire and don’t place much off limits, but this does cross the line.
I am also very let down to see that it appears that many of the 30Dc-MS ect. folks are finding this amusing.These are internet marketing’s “finest”? Hmmmmmm. I am embarrassed for Ed, And disappointed that he actually tweeted this to his followers.

I am not trying to cause a scene here. But let me clarify things a bit. When I refer to the “day job” quote, my first thought is his day job is and was all about pure evil.
The line crossed is pretty clear to me. Utilizing the image and persona of mass murderer to promote or market yourself or product. Be it in satire or not.
We all have times when we might crack a joke or laugh and something that is not for public consumption. Its human nature. But when in the public domain where our livelihoods are based on and built upon our persona’s a bit of common sense, and self control needs to be utilized.
From a purely marketing standpoint I think this video is a mistake. I may be the only one voicing this, but as we all know it is those that we don’t hear from that can hurt us.
Oh regarding FIFA, don’t get me started down that path. LOL

Really David I see your point. However the day job quote was made based on the fact he is in the bunker just hours before he loses that too.
No offence meant but the video is not a marketing effort it is simply there for a bit of a joke. As i said to one of the other people who commented on Twitter the first one i saw of these was about Sheffield United getting relegated thanks to Carlos Tevez’s goal on loan at West Ham. As you can imagine it was some time ago. It totally cracked me up because of the incongruence of the subject to the actual situation. This is why i did this one
I lmao at this. I’ve seen a lot of these Hitler videos but this one is the best yet. (could be I’m just a bit biased) I love the 30DC and have for years and I’m actually looking forward to it going a little easier on my time this year. I may actually be able to get something other than Challenge work done, like say…oh I don’t know, so client work.

I’m a German dude and I must say this one is pretty tame compared to what I’ve seen. We have a lot more “evil” Hitler parodies over here. One of the ways for our generation (and the ones after) to deal with our past.
