I am currently working on a project with two other guys living in Spain because they choose to not because they are Spanish. We met in November at a conference in wet, cold Manchester and brought the thoughts back to the warmer climes of the Mediterranean to mull things over.

I moved to The Canary Islands ten years ago and started a small real estate business as a self employed entrepreneur. Over time, it grew first into a partnership, and then into an SL (Limited Company) with four offices and dozens of staff, before we decided to franchise all our offices out and take a back seat from the day to day running of the business.

Now Mike and his wife Julie are the people you need to listen to if you are looking to start earning money from writing a blog, they took one from nothing to a full time income in a year and then managed to make a very nice sum through the first print of the Beyond Blogging book.
