Facebook had a conference this week which might well change the landscape of the internet as we know it. Just in case you didn’t know here are a couple of facts about Facebook:
1) There are over 400 million people on Facebook.
2) They are all throwing sheep at each other and poking on a regular basis. (Basically this means they are actually on the site and doing stuff and interacting with the aps)
3) Facebook allows adverts.
On Twitter I was told that the only reason I don’t watch X Factor and other such rubbish is because I live in Spain and cannot see it. My answer can be seen here:

More and more I live a virtual life using the Mac for many things every day including entertainment, communication and work but I don’t do the vicarious life, ie live my life through the success or failures of others.

By doing that it is probably not a good idea to then start buying websites, putting up new sites, having a meeting about a new project and discussing a current project with one person in Barcelona and another in San Diego.
